Peach Bread

1 1/4 cups white sugar
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 cup room temperature butter
1 cup AP flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
3 eggs, beaten
2 1/2 cups peaches sliced + "mooshed" (about 5 peaches)
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking soda
Preheat oven to 350
Cream together butter and both sugars.  Add beaten eggs, peaches, salt, cinnamon, vanilla, flour, and baking soda.  Stir until combined.
Pour into prepared dish.
I used muffin pans for 20-25 minutes and mini loaf pans and baked them for about 40 minutes.
